温肾蠲痹汤治疗肾虚湿阻证膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨温肾蠲痹汤治疗肾虚湿阻证膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将200例患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各100例。对照组服用筋骨痛消丸,治疗组服用温肾蠲痹汤。结果:对照组有效率为78.35%,治疗组有效率为94.76%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组Lysholm临床评分及VAS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肾蠲痹汤治疗肾虚湿阻证膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著。Objective： To investigate the clinical curative effect of Wenshen Juanbi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with kidney empty wet resistance syndrome.Methods： 200 patients can be divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,100 cases in each group.The control group was given Jingu Tongxiao pills and the treatment group was given Wenshen Juanbi soup.Results： The effective rate was 78.35% in treatment group and 94.76% in treatment group.Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）.Compared the Lysholm clinical grading and VAS scores of treatment group with control group the difference had statistical significance（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of Wenshen Juanbi decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is distinct.
