摘　　要：目的:探讨中药外敷联合针刺治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将60例面瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用益气温阳膏涂抹于面部,治疗组在对照组的基础上结合针刺治疗。结果:对照组有效率为83.33%,治疗组有效率为96.67%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗时间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合针刺治疗面瘫疗效显著。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of applicator combined with acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis.Methods： 60 patients with facial paralysis were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Yiqi Wenyang paste on face and the treatment group was given acupuncture treatment based on the control group.Results： The effective rate was 83.33% in control group and 96.67% in treatment group.Compared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Compared the treatment time of two groups,the difference had statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Applicator combined with acupuncture treatment for facial paralysis has evident effect.
