针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸治疗脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将120例脑卒后痉挛性偏瘫患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组进行常规临床治疗,治疗组对照组的基础上给予针灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组肢体痉挛评分为(32.12±5.24)分,运动功能评分为(76.43±8.53)分,生活质量评分为(84.32±9.32)分;对照组肢体痉挛评分为(68.53±7.35)分,运动功能评分为(62.32±6.76)分,生活质量评分为(72.16±8.21)分。两组患者在治疗后的肢体痉挛、运动功能、生活质量等方面,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗在脑卒中后痉挛性偏瘫的临床治疗方面具有显著的临床疗效,可显著提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To study the clinical effect of acupuncture in the treatment of poststroke spastic hemiplegia.Methods： 120 cases with spastic hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,60 patients in each group.The control group was given routine clinical treatment and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment.Compare the clinical effect of two groups.Results： The limb spasm score was（32.12 ± 5.24） points,movement function score was（76.43 ± 8.53） points and life quality score was（84.32 ± 9.32） points in treatment group.The limb spasm score was（68.53 ± 7.35） points,movement function score was（62.32 ±6.76） points and life quality score was（72.16 ± 8.21） points in control treatment.The limb spasm,motor function and life quality had significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment in clinical treatment of poststroke spastic hemiplegia has significant clinical effect and can significantly improve the life quality of patients.
