摘　　要：目的探讨肠道病毒71型（Ev71）感染手足口病患儿血清内皮素-1（ET-1）水平变化及其临床意义。方法选取2011年5月～2011年12月河北医科大学附属邢台市人民医院儿科收治的经检测病原为EV71感染的手足口病患儿50例，分为普通组23例，重症组18例，危重症组9例。同时选取健康体检儿童30名作为正常对照，采用酶联免疫法（ELASA）测定血清ET-1水平。结果普通组和重症组血清ET-1水平与对照组比较无统计学意义（P〉o．05），危重症组血清ET-1水平明显高于对照组、普通组及重症组（P〈0．05）。结论检测手足口病患儿血清ET－1水平，有助于病情严重程度的判断，对判断患儿病情及预后有一定价值。[Objective] To investigate endothelin -1 （ET-1） level and its clinical significance of children patient with Hand Foot and Mouth Disease （HFMD） infected by Enterovirus 71 （EV71）. [Methods] Divide 50 EV71 infected HFMD children, the crisis in Xiangtai People＇s Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University during May, 2011 to Dec, 2011, into ordinary group of 23 cases, severe group of 18 cases, critical group of 9 cases. Measure serum ET-1 level in the method of Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay （ELASA）, comparing with that of 30 healthy children in parallel. [Results] Difference of ET-1 level between comparison group and ordinary group, severe group is not statically significant （P〉0.05）, while critical group is higher than the other three groups obviously （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] ET-1 level of children with HFMD is a useful indicator to know the severity of illness, identify Lung Injury （LI） and Neurogenie Pulmonary Edema （NPE） at early stage.
