摘　　要：输变电线路施工是我国基础建设工程的重要组成部分,其运行和发展关系到我国国民经济的发展进程。输变电线路的工程质量是一个企业的核心竞争力的重要保证。只有保证工程的质量,才能增强输电线路工程的市场竞争力。确定质量目标、人员以及施工人员的管理、材料、施工工艺和施工方法等因素是影响工程质量的几个方面,而其中最重要的因素就是人和施工方法。加强质量监督、增强质量意识、制订科学的管理制度、应用先进的技术,是提高工程质量管理的重要组成部分。Power transmission line construction is an important part of basicconstruction project in our country, its operation and development re- lated to thedevelopment of our national economy. Power transmission line engineering quality is the important guarantee of an enterprise＇s core competitiveness. Only to ensureengineering quality, to enhance the market competitiveness of power transmission line project. Factors determine the quality objectives, staff and construction personnel management, materials, construction technology and construction method is one of several as- pects affect the quality of the project, the most important is people and construction method. To strengthen quality supervision, enhance the quality consciousness, establishing a scientific management system, the application of advanced technology, is an important part of improving project qual- ity management.
