摘 要:21世纪,随着社会的不断进步发展,能源问题对于工业发展的制约已经日益凸显,如何最有效的使用有限的能源,已经成为一个亟需落实的问题。如何通过实现能源节约来提高经济效益,减小环境污染,是目前亟待研究的问题。针对气化小火枪的点火设置的改进以及对于稳燃装置的改造的探讨,重点分析了其改造方案的可靠性与节约成本大小,通过不同方案之间的比较,选择最佳的改造方式来实现节约能源的目的,最终控制生产成本,提高经济效益。In the 21st century, along with the progress of society development, energy issues to the constraints of industrial development have be- come increasingly prominent, the most effective use of limited energy, has become an urgent need to implement the issue. How to improve the eco- nomic benefit by implementing energy saving, reduce environmental pollution, research is one of the pressing problems. For gasification small guns firing set for stable combustion device improvement and transformation of discussion, the focus of its transformation plan the size of the reliability and cost savings, through the comparison between different solutions, choose the best way to achieve the transformation energy savings, and ulti- mately control the Droduction costs and improve economic efficiency.
