钛制弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢骨干骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨钛制弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童四肢骨干骨折的疗效。方法对42例采用钛制弹性髓内钉治疗的四肢骨干骨折患儿进行回顾性分析。结果全部病例均获得临床愈合,愈合时间平均为12周,患肢功能和邻近关节活动接近正常,所有病例均在术后1年内取出髓内钉。全部病例术后无感染、骨不连、骨骺损伤、畸形愈合。结论钛制弹性髓内钉内固定治疗儿童四肢骨干骨折有较好的临床疗效,具有创伤小、手术时间短、软组织损伤小、患者康复快的优点,且并发症较少,是一种安全有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of the titanium elastic intramedullary nail in the treatment of children with limb bone fracture.Methods 42 patients with limb shaft fractures used titanium elastic intramedullary nail were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were all cured,the average healing time was 12 weeks,limb function and adjacent joints near normal.All cases were removed in the 1 year after intramedullary nailing and all patients without infection,nonunion,epiphyseal injuries,malunion.Conclusion Titanium flexible intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of limbs shaft fractures with children has better clinical efficacy,less trauma,shorter operative time,soft tissue damage,the advantages of quick rehabilitation of patients,and fewer complications,is a safe and ef- fective treatment,h is worthy of widely application.
