腹腔镜复杂胆囊切除术的临床疗效与安全性研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析腹腔镜复杂胆囊切除术的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取2011年4月-2013年4月于本院进行治疗的82例复杂胆囊疾病患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（开腹胆囊切除术组）41例和观察组（腹腔镜胆囊切除术组）41例，对比两组患者的手术时间、离床活动时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及手术前后的血清应激相关指标。结果观察组的手术时间、离床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组，并发症发生率低于对照组，术后不同时间的血清高敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）、白介素6（IL-6）及血液黏度（ηb）均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论腹腔镜复杂胆囊切除术的临床疗效与安全性均值得肯定，且机体对手术的不良应激也相对更小。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopie complicate cholecystectomy. Methods 82 patients with complex gallbladder disease in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected as research object,and were randomly divided into control group （open cholecystectomy group） 41 cases and observation group （laparoscopic cholecystectomy group） 41 cases,then the operation time,time of activity from the bed,hospitaliza- tion time,complication rate and serum related stress indexes before and after the operation of two groups were com- pared.Results The operation time,time of activity from the bed,hospitalization time was less than that of the control group respectively,complication rate of observation group was lower than that of the control group,and serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and ~lb at different time after the operation was lower than that of the control group respectively,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic complicate cholecystectomy is both positive,and the distress of operation for the body is relatively smaller.
