地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果及其对泌乳素的影响

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛复合舒芬太尼用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果、不良反应及对血浆泌乳素(PRL)水平的影响。方法将产妇随机分为D组(地佐辛组)、S组(舒芬太尼组)及DS组(地佐辛复合舒芬太尼组)。观察各组术后各时点镇痛评分、不良反应、血浆PRL水平以及泌乳时间。结果各组均取得了良好的镇痛效果,但DS组不良反应发生率明显低于D、S组(P<0.01),DS组血浆PRL水平明显高于D、S组(P<0.05),三组产后泌乳时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地佐辛复合舒芬太尼应用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果良好,不良反应少,且能促进PRL的分泌。Objective To observe the analgesic effect and adverse reaction of dezocine combined with sulfentanil on patients undergoing caesarean section and the effect on the plasma level of prolactin. Methods The pregnant women were randomly divided into group D （dezocine group）,group S （sufentanil group）, group DS （dezocine combined with sufentanil group）.The postoperative analgesic score,adverse reaction,and the plasma level of prolactin at different time points and the lactation time for each group were observed. Results The three kinds of treatment could improve the effect of analgesic for the patient.Moreover,the adverse reaction on group DS was significantly lower than that of the other groups（P〈0.01）,but the plasma level of prolaction was significantly higher than that of the other groups（P〈0.05）;the differences of the colostrum time in the three groups were not statistically sinificant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of dezocine combined with sulfentanil is well for the caesarean section patients,which with less adverse reaction, and can promote the secretion of PRL.
