摘　　要：目的探讨超选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血的临床效果。方法对8例肾出血患者分别采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒、明胶海绵、弹簧圈进行栓塞,分析其临床及影像资料。结果 8例栓塞术成功,2例栓塞后出现患侧腰痛、低热。无严重手术相关并发症发生,术后随访无再次出血。结论超选择性肾动脉栓塞是肾出血微创、安全、有效止血的方法及对策。Objective To investigate clinical effect of super-selective renal artery embolization treating renal hemor- rhage. Methods 8 patients with renal hemorrhage were given polyvinyl alcohol （PVA） particles,gelatin spong.e,elastic ring for embolization treatment,the clinical and imaging data were analyzed. Results 8 cases of embolization were all successful. Two cases were found with ipsilateral pain, fever after embolization.There was no serious procedure-related complications,and re-bleeding symptoms were found in postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Super-selective renal artery embolization is minimally invasive,safe and effective methods and strategies in treatment of renal hemorrhage.
