摘　　要：目的:了解癌症经济损失对家庭、区域经济的影响,为家庭和当地政府的癌症防治提供依据。方法:典型抽样选取县、随机抽样调查癌症病人医疗数据,进行统计学处理,从社会经济的角度研究分析癌症的经济负担和社会影响。结果:一例癌症病人治疗费用5.843万元,经济损失总量为225 820元;一例癌症治疗费用为一个家庭收入的3.3倍;全市治疗费用分别占全市国内生产总值、财政支出的0.75%、9.21%,总经济损失分别为2.81%、34.53%。结论:进行癌症人群筛查、加大癌症报销比例和癌症防治投入,提高抗癌水平,减轻家庭和社会经济负担。Objective： To investigate the impact of cancer economic losses on the family, regional economy, provide the family and the local government the basis for cancer prevention and control. Methods： The typical sampling and random sampling survey are used to investigate the medical data of patients with cancer, statistical analysis, from the prospective of the economic and social burden of cancer. Results： A case of cancer patient treatment costs 58 430 yuan and the total economic loss was 225 820 yuan; the treatment cost of the city＇s total GDP and fiscal expenditure are respectively 0.75% and 9.21%, the total economic losses were 2.81% and 34.53%. Conclusion： Cancer screening, increasing cancer reimbursement ratio and investment amount are applied to improve cancer prevention level, reduce the family and social economic burden.
