摘  要:分析了调峰市场销售方的调峰成本和购买方的购买效用,建立了调峰效用与发电成本、标杆电价之间的关系。基于调峰市场的效用分析,从社会福利最大化的交易原则出发,推导出了一种新的调峰交易数学模型。该模型证明了可以基于市场成员的边际发电成本获得有效的调峰交易计划,而且还揭示了该调峰交易计划兼具降低全网发电成本、减少排放的功能。针对实际机组的计算,说明了理论分析的正确性。The selling cost as well as purchasing utility of peak regulation market is analyzed. The relationship between peak regulation utility and generation cost and benchmark price is built. Based on the utility analysis for peak regulation market, a novel mathematical model of the peak regulation market is presented according to the social welfare maximization principle. It is proved by the model that effective peak regulation transaction can be obtained based on the unit marginal generation cost. In addition, it is revealed that the peak regulation transaction also has the functions of reducing the generation cost and emission. Calculation for actual units shows the validity of the theoretical analysis.
