摘  要:为实现对继电保护装置退出运行时间的合理评估,首先通过基于Marquardt法的参数估计构建了设备失效率模型。然后分析了保护装置全寿命周期成本各项因素,建立了与失效率相关的设备年均成本模型,并提出以年均成本最小化为目标的设备退出时间评估机制。最后以某类型继电保护装置为例,求解了最优的设备退出运行时间。该方法对电力生产计划部门制定合理的设备更换策略具有一定的参考价值。In order to realize rational evaluation of the exit time of relay protection devices, an equipment failure rate model is developed first based on parameter estimation of the Marquardt method. Then, the equipment annual cost model related to the failure rate is built by analyzing the various factors of its life cycle cost. Meanwhile, an assessment strategy for equipment exit time based on the minimum annual cost is proposed. Finally, an example of a certain type of relay protection devices is given to seek the optimal equipment exit time. This method is useful for power production and planning departments to design rational equipment replacement policies.
