摘 要:在实验室条件下以氨氧化菌(AOB)为目标微生物,研究了氯胺(NH2Cl)和二氧化氯(ClO2)单独及联用对水中AOB的灭活效果,采用Berenbaum公式判断二者联合作用的性质,并考察了二者联合氧化滤后水的安全性.结果表明:NH2Cl和ClO2对AOB均有一定的灭活效果,1.5 mg/L NH2Cl接触30 min及0.225 mg/L ClO2接触15min均可灭活AOB 5.26个对数级,达到相同灭活率ClO2所需的用量少、时间短;相比单独氧化,NH2Cl和ClO2联用能显著提高对AOB的灭活效果,经Berenbaum公式验证,NH2Cl和ClO2联用对AOB具有协同灭活作用;采用NH2Cl和ClO2联用氧化滤后出水,能保证对AOB的持续控制作用,并且NH2Cl的存在能显著增加ClO2的余量.因此采用NH2Cl和ClO2联用具有灭活效果好、药剂用量少、接触时间短及副产物生成少的优点,进而也能有效地保证管网的生物稳定性.Raw water samples were taken in bench scale, using AOB as target microorganism. The study investigated the oxidation efficiency of two oxidants to AOB by compared monochloramine (NH2Cl), chlorine dioxide (ClO2 ) with the combination. Berenbaum formula was introduced to judge the synergistic nature of the combined oxidants, and this article also studied the biological safety of filtration effluent oxidized by the combination of NH2Cl and ClO2. Results showed that there was certain efficiency when using NH2Cl or ClO2, respectively. When AOB was inactivated to a logarithmic level of 5.26, 1.5 mg/L chlorine needed 30 minutes, while 0. 225 mg/L chlorine dioxide only needed 15 minutes. It was demonstrated that to get the same inactivation rate of AOB, ClO2 needed lower oxidation dosage and shorter contact time when compared to NHzCl. Compared with the individual oxidantion of NH2Cl or ClO2 , NH2Cl combined with ClO2 had better oxidation efficiency to AOB. According to the Berenbaum formula, the combination of NH2Cl and ClO2 was synergistic to AOB. Oxidation experiment was also carried on simulative filtration effluent samples, results showed that the residual of ClO2 was increased obviously resulted from the exit of NH2Cl, which could prevent bacteria regrowth in distribution.Therefore, the combined oxidants of NH2Cl and ClO2 were better than NH2Cl or ClO2 since the oxidant dosage and byproducts were significantly decreased, followed by safer biclogical stability.
