摘 要:采用一步熔融挤出工艺制备了尼龙(PA)6/CaCl2/马来酸酐接枝聚烯烃弹性体(POE-g-MAH)复合材料,研究了不同POE-g-MAH含量对PA6/CaCl2/POE-g-MAH复合材料的结晶熔融行为及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着POE-g-MAH含量的增加,PA6/CaCl2/POE-g-MAH复合材料的冲击强度显著提高,拉伸强度下降,当POE-gMAH的质量分数为25%时,PA6/CaCl2/POE-g-MAH复合材料的冲击强度达到75.2 kJ/m2,比PA6/CaCl2(7.4 kJ/m2)提高了10.2倍,且随POE-g-MAH含量的增加,复合材料的熔融温度先升高后降低。POE-g-MAH的加入降低了复合材料的结晶完善程度。The effects of the POE-g-MAH contents on the crystallization behavior and the mechanical properties of PA6 / CaCl2/POE-g-MAH composites which were prepared through a step melting extrusion process were researched. The results show that as the POE-g-MAH content increasing, the impact strength of PA6 / CaCl2 / POE-g-MAH composites increases significantly, but tensile strength decreases. When the mass fraction of POE-g-MAH reaches 25%, the impact strength of the composite reaches 75.2 kJ / m2, which increases 10.2 times than that of PA6 / CaCl2 (7.4 kJ / m2). With the increase of the POE-g-MAH content, the melting temperature of PA6/CaCl2 /POE-g-MAH composites increase firstly and decreases lastly. Besides, the crystallization complete degree decreased by POE-g-MAH.
