摘 要:通过对常规增强聚碳酸酯(PC)用玻璃纤维(GF)短切原丝510浸润剂配方进行优化,开发新型GF短切原丝产品510H,将其用于增强PC,制得PC/GF复合材料。通过力学性能测试及扫描电子显微镜分析表明,GF短切原丝510增强PC复合材料的拉伸强度以及弯曲强度明显提高;且GF短切原丝510H增强PC的复合材料冲击强度具有极大优势。不同浸润剂处理的GF短切原丝增强PC的复合材料显现出不同的增强增韧效果,满足了不同领域的应用需求,进一步拓宽了GF增强PC复合材料的应用领域。By optimizing the formula of sizing agent for glass fiber(GF) chopped strands 510 used as normally reinforcing polycarbonate(PC), the new type GF chopped strands product 51 OH was developed. The strands were used to reinforce PC and PC/ GF composites were prepared. The mechanical properties and SEM tests show that PC/GF composite reinforced by chopped strands 510 has good tensile strength and flexural strength ; the PC/GF composite reinforced by chopped strands 51 OH has excellent impact strength. Therefore, the applications of PC/GF composites are extended because of different mechanical properties.
