摘  要:对石英纤维增强氰酸酯树脂基复合材料进行了湿热、高低温、太阳辐照、盐雾、振动、冲击等环境试验,分析了多种环境因素对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,在气候环境因素中,高低温、湿热和太阳辐射环境试验对该复合材料的力学性能影响程度较大,前两者使其弯曲强度以及太阳辐射环境试验使其弯曲弹性模量分别下降了8.36%,6.35%,7.87%;相对于振动、冲击及离心加速度等机械使用环境因素,气候环境因素使该复合材料的力学性能下降较大,气候环境是影响复合材料力学性能的主要因素。Hydrothermal, high-low temperature, sun radiation, salt spray, vibration, impact and centrifugal acceleration environment tests of quartz fiber reinforced cyanate resin ester composites were carried out, and effects of these environment tests on the bending properties of the composites were studied. The results show that high-low temperature, hydrothermal and sun radiation environment tests obviously influence the mechanical properties of the composites, and the decline rates of the bending strength in the former two tests and the bending elastic modulus in the sun radiation environment tests of the composites are 8.36%, 6.35% and 7.87% repectively. The climate environment factors influence the bending properties of the composites much more than mechanics environment factors, which include vibration, impact and centrifugal acceleration. The climate environment factors are main factors which influence the mechanical properties of the composites.
