摘 要:通过薄层色谱法分离,紫外分光光度法检测,建立了聚氯乙烯(PVC)医疗器械中邻苯二甲酸二(2.乙基己基)酯(DEHP)的快速测定方法。采用乙醚索氏提取PVC医疗器械中的DEHP,以硅胶GF254为固定相,甲苯为展开剂对DEHP进行分离纯化,在波长为225nm下用紫外分光光度法测定。结果表明,DEHP在浓度2.36~47.20μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9999;相对标准偏差为4.84%;样品的加标回收率为99.05%。该方法具有良好的线性、精密度及回收率,可应用于多种PVC医疗器械中DEHP含量的测定。A fast method for determination of Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP) in PVC medical devices was established using thin layer chromatography(TLC)-UV spectrophotometry. DEHP from PVC medical devices was extracted through ether Soxhlet extraction and TLC purification was accomplished on silica gel GF254 plate by using the developing agent of toluene, then DEHP was determined by UV Spectrophotometry at 225 nm. The results show that the linear range for DEHP is 2.36 -47.20μ g / mL, and the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 9. The relative standard deviation of the method is 4.84%. The average standard addition recovery is 99.05%. The linear range, precision and recovery of this method can satisfy the request of DEHP determination in PVC medical devices.
