摘　　要：论文合作情况能够从一定程度上反映科研合作和学术交流特点,分析黑龙江大学经济与工商管理学院的论文合作情况,以该院教师在知网CNKI上可以查阅到的近些年论文为数据源,构造了论文合著网络。基于社会网络的分析方法,从教师合著网络的个性属性及整体属性两方面分析了该院教师论文合著特点,给出优化科研团队建设的建议。Papers cooperation reflects the characteristics of scientific cooperation and academic exchanges to a certain extent. To analyze the paper cooperation of Economics and Business Administration School in Heilongjiang University,the coauthorship network is constructed with the data source of the teachers' paper on CNKI. Coauthorship characteristics are given from two aspects,the teacher's personality attributes and properties attributes. Meanwhile,suggestions of optimization research are proposed.
