摘 要:拉索在施工过程中的受力与工作状态有明显的区别,施工过程中拉索可能处于可变结构状态或机构状态,柔性索结构最终的形状及结构刚度是与张拉过程密切相关的。在张拉过程中,包含了弹性变形和刚体运动的耦合。该文对考虑弹性变形索结构的运动过程进行了数值仿真分析,并且考虑了摩擦滑移在索结构运动过程中的影响。在给出拉索变形协调方程的基础上,采用静力方法来模拟索结构的运动过程,将运动驱动独立于形态变量,即将索结构的运动过程看成由一系列离散的受荷机构平衡形态组成。随后推导了悬链线索单元在支撑点处的滑移刚度和摩擦滑移刚度,给出了索结构运动过程中考虑索滑移的计算方法。最后对广州珠江新城西塔预应力拉索的张拉过程进行了数值模拟分析,较好地将该文的方法应用于实践中。The cable stresses in the construction process is different from that in working states. The cable structures in the construction process may be in the varistructure state and the final shape the structural rigidity of the flexible cable structures and are closely related to the pretention process. The elastic deformation and rigid body motion are coupled in the pretention process. The movement of cable structures considering the elastic deformation is simulated and influence of friction slip is analyzed. Based on the formulation of the deformation compatibility, the static method is used to simulate the movement of the cable structures, making the motion drivers independently of the shape variables. The movement of cable structures is identically considered as a series of discrete equilibrium shapes under loading. Furthermore, the slip rigidity and the rigidity of the slip with friction in the nodes of the catenary cable element is derived. The simulation method for the movement of cable structures considering the slip in the nodes is given. Finally, the proposed method is validated by the cable pretention project of Guangzhou Pearl River New Town West-tower.
