劣质粘土原料在日用瓷器生产中的应用及探讨

摘　　要：利用劣质红土等原料配制日用瓷器坯料,在坯体上施用化妆土,1250℃左右成瓷。制得瓷器可与使用质优高岭土配制,烧成温度≥1310℃的瓷器性能指标比美。达到节能、环保效果。具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。In this paper, the daily porcelain body are prepared by inferior red clay etc.,applying engobe on the body,sintered at 1250 ℃ to form porcelain. The porcelain are comparable to thoes prepared by high quality porcelain clay with the sintering temperature of ≥ 1310 ℃, which is energy saving and eco-friendly, and also has good social and economic benefits.
