摘　　要：文章阐述了泛在信息社会(UIS)的内涵、特点及其对情报网络的影响,从概念内涵、要素构成以及建构思路等3个方面分别阐述了人际情报网络、社会情报网络、虚拟情报网络,并在引入个人信息世界这一概念的基础上,提出了组织信息世界和网络信息世界,且分别运用于社会情报网络和虚拟情报网络。The paper elaborates on the connotation and as well as its influence on the intelligence network. And network, the social intelligence network, and virtua characteristics of the ubiquitous information society, then it respectively discusses the human intelligence ntelligence network from the aspects of conceptual content, elements pf composition, and construction of ideas. After introducing the concept of individual information world, it also puts forward organization information world and network information world which are used in social intelligence network and virtual intelligence network and virtual intelligence network.
