摘　　要：文章针对我国图书馆数字资源建设和服务中存在的问题,提出了国家数字图书馆数字资源唯一标识符系统(简称CDOI系统)建设的必要性,分析了CDOI系统的建设思路和设计框架,重点介绍了系统核心功能的实现方式,并对CDOI系统在图书馆中的应用进行了展望。In order to solve several problems in digital resources development and services of the library which are mentioned in this paper, it is necessary to build the Digital Object Unique Identifier System of National Digital Library of China （CDOI） . The paper analyzes the construction ideas and design framework of the COOl system, and particularly introduces how to implement its core function, and then discusses its application in the future.
