摘　　要：本文认为,中俄对叙利亚危机的处理方法势必对未来阿拉伯世界产生深远影响。这种处理方法产生的积极效应正在不断显现,中国应继续加强这方面的贡献,通过协调一致的方法与阿拉伯世界新政权接触,巩固"中阿合作论坛",解决中阿双边贸易尤其是与"阿拉伯之春"所在国贸易的不平衡,集中对这些国家劳动密集型产业进行投资,把对巴勒斯坦问题的"四点主张"提到阿以谈判的议程上去,并在巴以问题、伊核问题等上发挥更大的作用。The paper argues that the Chinese-Russian approach to the Syrian crisis is bound to have far-reaching for the future of the Arab world. As the signs of the positive contributions of that approach are emerging, China should proceed to reinforce these contributions through a concerted approach to engage with the new regimes in the Arab world, strengthen the Sino-Arab Forum, correct the imbalances of Sino-Arab trade especially with the countries of the Arab Spring, focus on investing in these countries in labor-intensive industries, putting the four-point proposal for settlement of Palestinian question on the agenda of Arab-Israeli negotiations, and China should play a greater role on the Palestine-Israel issue and the Iranian nuclear issue.
