摘 要:以萃取 反萃处理萘系染料中间体 2 3酸生产废水。在最佳工艺条件下 ,一级萃取出水CODCr<2 0 0mg/L ,萃取效率达 96 5% ,经后续中和沉淀处理 ,pH =6 5~ 7 5,色度 <80度 ,出水达到国家二级排放标准 ;反萃效率 10 0 % ,萃取剂可以循环使用不变性 ,有机物浓缩倍数可达 2 70倍 ,CODCr约为 7 2× 10 5mg/L ;并以色谱法分离、分析浓缩液酸析固体 ,得出其主要成分为二萘酚和 2 3酸 ,可以将浓缩液返回 2 3酸生产的羧基化工段 。An extraction stripping technology was adopted to treat 2 Naphthoic 3 Hydroxylic acid (a kind of dyeing intermediates) production wastewater. Under the optimum conditions, the COD Cr concentration of the raffinate could be reduced to less than 200mg/L, the colority was less than 80 and the highest COD Cr removal efficiency was 96.5%. The pH value of the effluent after a neutralization and sedimentation was in range of 6.5 to 7.5. Generally the output liquid is quite good to meet the requirement of the 2nd level of wastewater discharge standard. The stripping ratio was 100% and the extract agents could be reused calculatedly without any deteriorated. The concentration of organic substances was 270 times with COD Cr of 7.2×10 5mg/L in concentrate. The concentrate was separated by chromatograph and it was observed that its main compositions were di naphtholum and 2 naphthoic 3 hydroxylic acid. This concentrate could be returned to the carboxyl process to recover the raw material.
