易天红-颈腰关节易贴治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察易天红-颈腰关节易贴治疗骨性膝关节炎的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:骨性膝关节炎患者50例,以易天红-颈腰关节易贴局部治疗。于治疗前和治疗后10 d、30 d以数字评分法(numerical rating scales,NRS)评分评估疼痛程度,并观察治疗前后膝关节功能评分变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后10 d、30 d NRS评分降低并伴有膝关节功能评分升高(P<0.05)。与治疗后10 d相比,治疗后30 d NRS评分降低,膝关节功能评分升高,临床治愈率增加(P<0.05)。2例出现不良反应(4%)。结论:易天红-颈腰关节易贴治疗骨性膝关节炎疗效确切、持久,膝关节功能改善良好,且安全性较高。Objective： To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Yitianhong-patch for cervical and lumbar joints on treatment for knee osteoporosis. Methods： Fifty patients with knee osteoporosis were treated with Yitianhong-patch for cervical and lumbar joints. The numerical rating scale （NRS） scores were recorded to evaluate the pain degree before treatment and 10 d and 30 d after treatment. The changes in knee functional scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were also observed. Results： Compared with before treatment, the NRS scores at 10 d and 30 d after treatment were significantly decreased, and knee functional scores at 10 d and 30 d after treatment were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with 10 d after treatment, the NRS scores at 30 d after treatment were significantly decreased, and knee functional scores and cure rate at 30 d after treatment were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）. There were 2 cases of adverse reactions （4%）. Conclusion： Yitianhong-patch for cervical and lumbar joints is safe and effective in the treatment of knee osteoporosis with accurate and sustained effect which results in favorable improvement of knee function.
