摘 要:在分析绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)动态电压分布机理的基础上,针对IGBT集-射极电压斜率不同引起电压不均衡问题,提出一种集-射极电压斜率变化的馈能式动态均压电路。该电路具有快速性好、损耗小、可靠性高等优点。通过建立IGBT串联仿真电路,对该动态均压电路进行仿真验证。结果表明,该动态均压电路在IGBT串联运行时不仅能够很好地抑制因IGBT集-射极电压斜率不同步造成的电压不均衡,而且能够有效防止过电压的发生,确保了IGBT串联的安全运行。Based on analyzing the distribution mechanism of the dynamic voltage on series connected IGBT, the slope of collector-emitter voltage changed dynamic voltage balancing circuit with energy recovery was presented. Aiming at the imbalance of voltage caused by the different slopes of collector-emitter voltage. It has fast response, low loss and high reliability. It was analyzed by the simulations. The results show the dynamic voltage balancing circuit can not only suppress the imbalance of voltage caused by the different slopes of collector-emitter voltage, but also diminish the ove^wohage across IGBTs dramatically. It is guaranteed that a circuit including series connected IGBT can operate safely.
