摘  要:运用极化曲线法实验和控制变量法,对比分析了燃煤电站烟气换热器GGH换热面常用材料的耐腐蚀性,分析得知,温度的升高对GGH金属换热面腐蚀有较明显的加剧作用,但搪瓷钢相比其他钢种材料受温度变化的影响程度较小,其抗腐蚀性能尤为突出,另外,表面镀搪瓷对钢材抗腐蚀能力的提高十分显著。同时,对腐蚀件的SEM-EDS进行了测试,对腐蚀机理进行了分析。In this paper, the corrosion resistance characteristics of the commonly-used materials in the gas-gas beater (GGH) at coal-fired power station is comparatively analyzed through polarization curve experiment and control variable method. The results show that the corrosion resistance of steel used as the heat transfer surface in the GGH would be weaken with the temperature rising, but enamelled steel is more stable than other steels with little change with the temperature change. Therefore, the corrosion resistance of enamelled steel is strikingly better, and it is very helpful to improve the corrosion resistance of steel by plating enamel on its surface. Through the SEM-EDS test, the corrosion characteristics and its mechanism are analyzed.
