摘　　要：用户巡视是确保用户安全用电的一项基础性工作,传统模式下依靠纸质随手档、现场检查记录等的工作模式存在低效、易错、难管控等缺点。为了提升用户巡视工作的效率,提高用户的服务质量,本文以上海电力公司市北供电公司为例,通过移动通信技术在用户巡视现场的应用实践,探索实现用户巡视现场工作效率提升的新方法。User inspection is a basic task to ensure the safe use of electricity. The traditional mode, relying on paper recording, on-site inspection recording, exhibits such disadvantages as inefficiency, fallibility and uncontrolability. In an attempt to enhance the efficiency of user patrol work, and improve the quality of the user service, this paper, taking Shibei Power Supply Company as an example, probes out new ways to improve the site working efficiency of implementing user inspection through the application of the mobile communication technology at the scene of the user patrol practice.
