摘  要:根据最新霾天气现象观测及预警信号发布标准,分析2004—2011年福州市霾的时间分布特征及预警信号达标情况。结果表明:八年间,福州市年霾日数有所波动,年平均值为146d;季节变化明显,冬、春季霾多发,约占全年七成;一天中上午至中午,霾出现几率大。福州市空气质量基本良好,最差为轻度污染,只达到霾黄色预警信号发布标准,且发生概率低。全国各省霾气候差异不容忽视,应制定适合当地的霾天气现象观测标准。Basing on the latest standards of observation and early warning signal publication for haze, temporal distribution characteristic and condition of reaching early warning signal for haze in Fuzhou from 2004 to 2011 are analyzed. It shows that the annual haze days fluctuate a little and the average is 146 days in these 8 years. The seasonal variation is obvious; the haze days are almost 70% in winter and spring of the whole year. There is a highest probability of haze from morning to midday. Basically, the air quality in Fuzhou keeps good, the worst is at mild concentration which only reaches yellow haze early warning signal standard and small probability of happening. Differences of haze weather between provinces cannot be ignored, the observation standard should be revised for local climate.
