新生代农民工住房保障问题研究——以保定市为例

摘　　要：新生代农民工已经成为农民工群体的主要组成部分,与其父辈相比,新生代农民工融入城市的意愿更强烈,对住房问题更重视。但是长期以来新生代农民工未被住房保障制度覆盖,其住房条件与环境问题日益严峻。通过对保定市新生代农民工特点、住房现状与需求的实地调查与研究,构建适应新生代农民工需求特点的租赁房保障制度,并在分析现有租赁性保障住房制度不足的基础上,提出相应的完善措施。New peasant workers has become the main component of peasant workers. Compared with their parents, new peasant workers have more strong wishes to integrate themselves with the urban society and pay more attention to hous-ing problems. But for a long time, new peasant workers have not been covered with housing security system, and their housing condition and environment have become more and more serious. Based on the survey and analysis of character, housing condition and command of new peasant workers, the paper proposes rental housing security system, also ana-lyzes the shortage of housing rental security system, and proposes counter measures.
