摘　　要：阐释混合居住理念的概念与模式,并结合实践提出:坚持开放格局、精细设计、共享设施、友好环境、互助管理的保障房建设原则,为居民提供可选性的基本居住条件和管理服务,是避免出现先行国家出现居住环境恶化、贫富阶层隔离、社会治安失稳的问题,实现保障房居住区人、资源和环境和谐的可持续性发展的途径,以实例进一步证明了"和谐人居"是保障性住房的可持续性建设模式。This study focuses on finding the means for the harmonious and sustainable development of the people, resources, and environment of indemnifieatory housing areas, as well as the prevention of the concomitants occurred in precedent countries, for example environmental deterioration, polarization between rich and poor, and social in- stability. It is elucidated in this paper that the government should provide residents of indemnificatory housing areas with diverse and humanized basic housing conditions and management services under the guidance of the idea of mixed housing, while follow the principles of open structure, elaborate design, shared facilities, environment friend- ly, and cooperative management. In addition, this paper demonstrates with practical examples that ＂Harmonious Housing Mode＂ is a sustainable development mode for indemnificatory housing.
