摘　　要：从经济因素、质量因素、工业化程度、环境因素、资源与能源因素、时间因素等方面,分析PC建筑与传统现浇混凝土建筑相比的建造特点以及建造方案的影响因素,在此基础上构建PC建筑建造方案综合评价指标体系,采用熵权法与专家打分法相结合的方式对建造方案进行评价,并给出模拟算例。为解决PC建筑建造方案的综合评价和对比分析提供科学的方法。Establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of construction projects of PC-constructions on the basis of analyzing the manufacturing features of PC-constructions and the influencing factors of project constructions comparing with traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete constructions from the following six aspects of economy, quality, degree of industrialization, environment, resources and energy as well as time. Then combines the entropy weight method with the expert scoring method to evaluate the construction projects and gives a simulated example, offer to a scientific method for the comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis on the construction projects of PC-constructions.
