摘　　要：目的:探讨金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血清NO含量、NOS活性的影响。方法:将金丹活性部位对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠进行干预,通过检测大鼠血清NO含量、NOS活性的变化,探讨金丹活性部位抗心肌缺血再灌注损伤的作用机制。结果:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组分与水洗脱组分均可明显升高模型大鼠血清NO含量,增强TNOS的活性,降低iNOS的活性。结论:金丹60%乙醇洗脱组分与水洗脱组分可通过抑制模型大鼠血清iNOS活性,增强eNOS活性,从而使TNOS活性也相应增强,最终升高NO含量而发挥保护心肌的作用。To observe the active sites from hypericum attenuatum choisy and salvia miltiorrhiza for the effect on NO,NOS in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats.Methods：Effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury rats by active sites,observe the effect on the content of NO,NOS and explore the mechanism against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.Results：60％ ethanol elution and water elution component could obviously increase the NO content,enhance the activity of TNOS,reduce the activity of iNOS.Conclusion：60％ ethanol elution and water elution component can obviously increase the NO content,enhance the activity of TNOS,reduce the activity of iNOS,and can be against myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
