摘　　要：目的：研究洋金花叶醉茄内酯组分对小鼠的免疫功能的影响及毒性,为进一步开发新药提供药理学依据.方法：采用改良寇氏法计算洋金花叶醉茄内酯组分半数致死量（LD50）及95％可信限；采用迟发型超敏反应研究醉茄内酯组分的特异性免疫作用；采用碳粒廓清法研究醉茄内酯组分的非特异性免疫作用.结果：洋金花叶醉茄内酯组分LD50为6.159 4g/kg,95％可信区间5.44～7.00g/kg,并对迟发型超敏反应（DTH）和碳粒廓清实验有明显抑制作用.结论：洋金花叶醉茄内酯组分具有免疫抑制作用.Objective：To study the immunocompetency and toxicity of the Withanolides from the leaves of Datura metel L.and to provide pharmacological data for further development of this herbal medicine.Method：The LD50 and 95％ creditability were calculated with developed Karber method;this study approached the accommodation of the Withanolides on nonspecific and specific immunity in mice by using DTH（delayed type hypersensitive）and carbon particle clearance test.Results：The LD50 of the Withanolides was 6.159 4g/kg and the 95％ creditability was 5.44～7.00g/kg and the Withanolides had the obviously inhibitory effects on DTH and carbon particle clearance test.Conclusion：The Withanolides from the leaves of Datura metel L.possess the function of immunocompetency.
