摘 要:土壤样品经硝酸、盐酸、氢氟酸和过氧化氢消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定所得样品溶液中16种稀土元素的含量。选择适当的待测元素的同位素及校正方程克服了质谱干扰,选择铑和铼作为内标元素校正了非质谱干扰。结果表明:方法的检出限(3s)在0.000 4~0.014 0μg·L^(-1)之间。方法用于土壤标准物质(GBW 07446)中稀土元素的测定,测定值与认定值相符,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=11)均小于5.0%。The soil sample was digested with HNO3, HCI, HF and H2O2, and the contents of the 16 RE elements in the sample solution were determined by ICP MS. Appropriate isotopes of the elements determined were selected and correction equations were used to overcome the mass spectrometric interferences; and Rh and Re were selected as internal standards to overcome the nommass spectrometric interferences. Values of detection limit (3s) for the 16 RE elements were found in the range of 0. 000 4-0. 014 0 μg · L^-1 The proposed method was applied to the determination of RE elements in a CRM of soil (GBW 07446), giving results in consistency with the certified values and values of RSD's (n=11) found were less than 5.0%.
