睾丸横过异位一例报告

摘　　要：睾丸横过异位(TTE)是一种罕见的先天畸形,术前常难确诊。该文报告了1例通过腹腔镜探查确诊的TTE患者,其为左侧TTE合并右侧腹股沟斜疝,疝内容物为苗勒管组织,术中切除子宫并修补斜疝,在腹腔镜下游离左侧精索和输精管,把左侧睾丸下降固定于左侧阴囊。手术过程顺利,手术效果满意,术后随访5个月,患者双侧睾丸位置理想,血供良好。该例的诊治过程提示腹腔镜在TTE诊治中具有优势。Transverse testicular ectopia （TTE） is a rare congenital abnormality difficult to diagnose before operation. This article reported 1 case of TFE via laparoscopy. The case was manifested with left TTE as well as right oblique inguinal hernia including miillerian duct strueturesDuring laparoscopy, we resected mtillerian duct structures and repaired the oblique inguinal hernia, dissociated left spermatic cord and deferent duct, and then fixed the eetopic left testis into left scrotum. The surgery was uneventful. The testes were appro- priately fixed with good blood supply after 5-month follow-up. The diagnosis and treatment of this case Laparos- copy has advantage in diagnosis and treatment of TrE.
