摘　　要：通过对汽车总装车间ANDON系统介绍和分析,采用了以集成故障安全系统的西门子PLC为控制器完成了该系统的设计。ANDON系统的控制器采用CPU315F为系统主站,上位机采用WINCC开发HMI监控画面,WINCC有更强大的实时监控和数据库处理功能.总装车间采用PROFIBUS作为现场控制网络,同时采用PROFIsafe为安全通信协议,实现安全控制功能。同时,车间安装大屏幕显示屏实时显示总装现场信息。此系统设计实现对汽车总装车间监控的同时,提高了生产安全。The paper is about the description and the analysis of the auto assembly plant ANDON system, the system adoptsthe Siemens PLC integrate with failsafe system as the controller. The ANDON system adopts the S7-315F as a master, the position machine adoptsWlNCCto develop HMI,WINCC has a strong function of real-time monitoring and database processing. Auto assembly plant use PROFIBUS as field control network, at the same time, the PROFlsafe as Security protocol, which achieves the safety control function. Meanwhile, in order to show the field message in real time, a big screen hung in the workshop. The design of the system achieves the monitor of the auto assembly plant and improves the safety of the producing.
