摘　　要：通过化学成分分析、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等方法,分析了粉煤灰的性质,对粉煤灰进行化学改性,用改性粉煤灰代替白炭黑作橡胶补强材料,制品的抽出力基本达到国标,但不及煤粉炉燃烧后的粉煤灰改性后作橡胶补强填料的效果好,而且制品的密度高于用白炭黑的制品密度。By chemical composition analysis,X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and other methods,the properties of fly ash was analyzed.The modification tests were carried for fly ash.The modified fly was ash used instead of white carbon black for rubber reinforcing materials,the products,pull-out force achieves the national standard,but not as good as the modification fly ash as rubber reinforcing filler.The products,density is higher than the density of white carbon black products.
