摘　　要：本文介绍了利用MLS85立式硅粉磨粉磨金属硅块的工艺流程,分析了粉磨金属硅过程中的技术难点,说明了该型号磨机的粉磨机理和技术特点,并展望了未来几年国内外市场对金属硅粉的需求趋势。This paper describes the process of grinding silicon with MLS85 vertical silicon power mill,illustrates the mill＇s mechanism and technical characteristics,analyse the technical difficulties in the silicon grinding process,and the domestic and international market demand trends,for the next few years,in silicon powder are put forward.
