摘　　要：基于MATLAB平台,设计了一款集最小二乘法、相关系数法及超概率权重法的威布尔分布参数估计的图形交互界面(GUI),克服了传统的威布尔分布在可靠性工程应用上的求解难度高、精度低的缺点;以某型发动机为实例,快捷地得到了该发动机的MTBF分布均值和置信区间,验证了该界面设计的有效性和准确性。A Graphics User Interface which is based on MATLAB, containing （GUI） of Weibull distribution parameters estimation, least square method, correlation coefficient method and Ultra-probability weighting method, is designed to solve difficulties in calculating and accuracy of Weibull distribution in reliability engineering application. MTBF distribution mean and confidence interval of a testing engine are obtained rapidly, proving the effectiveness and accuracy of the GUI.
