摘　　要：通过一个实例简要地介绍了Keithley 2000仪表实现数据采集的方法,充分利用计算机软件技术来实现上位机与仪表的通信,提高测试的效率和精度。实例表明,对提供RS 232通信接口的测试仪器数据采集均具有借鉴意义。Data acquisition method of Keithley2000 is briefly introduced via an instance. Computer software technology is fully used to realize the computer and instrument communication. Efficiency and precision of test are improved. This paper has reference significance to data acquisition of test instrument with RS232 communication interface.
