摘　　要：通过调整配方及操作方法,发现聚合釜中残留的防粘釜剂对PVC树脂的老化白度和增塑剂吸收量有较大的影响,针对该问题改进了涂釜和排水方式,提高了PVC树脂质量。By adjusting the formula and operation mcthod, the residual antiscaling agcnts in polymcrizcr wcrc found to bc the main factor of influencing the aging whitencss and plasticizer ab- sorption amount of PVC resins. To solve this problem, the ways of coating and draining polymcri- zcr wcrc improvcd, thus the quality of PVC resins was improved.
