温州市铁路新客站运营初期周边路网建设时序方案研究

摘　　要：面对铁路新客站建成投用后周边路网建设滞后的局面,通过对现状实际路网容量的调查与梳理,利用交通规划软件TransCAD进行交通需求定量分析,提出周边道路建设时序方案,以确保运营初期交通运行安全、集散有序。经三年时间的实践检验,该研究成果切实可行。In the face of the construction lag of the surrounding road network after the new railway station put into operation, and according to the investigation and summary of the practical capacity of the present road network, the transport planning software TransCAD is used to quantitatively analyze the transport demand. The construction timing scheme of the surrounding roads is put forward to ensure the operation safety and distribution in order of the transport in the initial operation period. This study result is feasible after three years of practice tests.
