摘　　要：非参数控制图应用于统计过程控制,尤其是当缺乏过程分布的信息时.该文发展了一种新的基于多元两样本检验的非参数多元控制图,由多元经验概率分布函数导出.模拟结果表明该图对非正态数据稳健,对探测过程漂移有效,尤其是对中到大漂移非常有效.Nonparametric control charts are useful in statistical process control, particularly when there is lack of knowledge about the underlying process distribution. A nonparametric multivariate control chart based on a multivariate two sample test is developed, which is derived from multivariate empirical probability distribu- tion function （MEPDF）. Simulation results show that this chart is robust to nonnormally distributed data, and moreover, it is efficient in detecting process shifts, especially moderate to large shifts.
