摘　　要：为深化驻地农村医疗卫生体制改革,推进城乡卫生统筹发展,构建城乡医疗卫生一体化发展格局,本院在农村医疗卫生体制改革过程中,对驻地两个卫生院实行托管,探索"城市带乡镇、乡镇带村组、大院带小院、城乡同发展"的"造血式"医院托管模式,为推进驻地城乡医疗资源均等化起到作用。In order to deepen rural medical health system reform,balance kaiyuan urban and rural health service resources,and promote the integration of urban and rural medical health development,two village hospitals were trusted by our hospital.In the trusteeship period,the management mode as ＂the urban help towns,towns help the villages,promote the development both of the urban and rural institution＂ was established.
