摘　　要：军队医院卫勤分队医疗救治能力,是平时和战时有效保障、快速恢复部队战斗力的根本保证。应当针对卫勤分队快速医疗救治能力形成和生长的"基础性、实践性、综合性和反复性"等特点,采取"打牢基础、强化训练、注重实践、常态化保持"的综合措施,促进卫勤分队医疗救治能力不断提高。Medical treatment ability of medical teams performed an important function on maintaining and recovering the fight ability of the soldiers in the wartime or peacetime in military hospital.Measure to promote the ability of fast medical treatment were summarized as strengthening foundation,strengthening the training,practice and setting up mechanisms according to the characteristics of medical treatment ability construction.
