摘　　要：目的探讨提高ICU专科护理水平的方法。方法在ICU科内成立专科护理小组,明确工作目标和方法,发挥专科护理小组的作用,制定专科护理指引和专科培训计划,参加护理查房和护理疑难病例讨论,指导临床护理工作。结果提高专科护理质量,解决临床护理疑难问题。结论专科护理小组的成立及良好运作,能有效提高护理专科水平和护理质量。Objective To discuss the methods to improve the ICU nursing level.Methods The specific nursing team was established in ICU,then the objectives and work methods of the team were set clearly.Thus we can play the role of specific care team to develop guidelines for specific care and specific training programs,to participate in nursing and nursing consultation of intractable cases,to guide clinical care.Results The quality of specific nursing has been improved,and the nursing problems of intractable canes were solved.Conclusion The establishment of specialist care group and the operation can improve the level and quality of nursing care.
