摘　　要：作者以某地县区疾控和监督机构日常开展的传染病防控工作为例,分析两者之间重复交叉的现状和原因,建议应由卫生行政部门出面协调、分配和定位,同时加强两机构定期沟通和交流协作。如此能互补其短,各执所长,发挥协同效应。Through giving an example of CDC and Health Supervision Institution in counties of a region on prevent- ing and controlling infectious diseases, the author describes the current status of duplication and overlapping during their routine works and reasis.It is suggested that Health Administrative Departments should come forward to coordinate, ar- range and locate.Meanwhile, encourage communication and contact of this two organization regularly.So that synergistic ef- fect would be brought into play by complementing their shorts and strengthening their strong points.
