摘　　要：用粒子 -转子模型计算奇奇核84 Y低自旋下的能谱 ,重点研究不同自旋下能谱最近邻能级间距分布 (NNS)和能谱刚性度 (Δ3)的特点 。The energy levels of odd- odd nucleon 84 Y at low spins are calculated by using the axially symmetric rotor plus quasiparticle model.Its emphasis is to study the statistical properties of the nearest- neighbor spacings(NNS) and the spectral rigidity(Δ3) under differentspins.And the factors thataffect the properties of level statistics are also investigated.
